Five Vintage Park

One and Two Vintage Park are two of the completed buildings that are located in this multi-phased, low-rise office park. One Vintage Park is leased entirely by the General Services Administration, and the major tenant of Two Vintage Park is Template Software, Inc. Both One Vintage Park and Two Vintage Park are 83,000, 2-story buildings. An additional 300,000 s.f. of office space is planned at the park, and several lease, sale and build-to-suit opportunities remain.

The next phase, Three Vintage Park, a 3-story 86,000 square foot building, is currently under construction and will deliver in October of 2000. the building features a brick exterior, granite lobby, efficient and flexible floor plans and state-of-the-art telecommunications system.

Four and Five Vintage Park, two 6-story 186,000 square foot Class "A" office buildings, are also planned for the project, with Four Vintage Park scheduled for delivery in 2002.
