Sterling Park 1

Sterling Park Business Center has twelve planned phases, several of which are available for lease, sale or build-to-suit. The first two phases are complete, totaling 130,000 s.f. of space. One Sterling Park, a one-story 73,000 s.f. building, was completed in January 1988. The building is fully leased by Global Mail, Ltd., U.S. Insput, Commercial Lighting, Wittman Mechanical, Astron Corporation and H& H Custom Cabinets.

Two Sterling Park is a one-story 57,000 s.f. building, was also completed that same year. The building is fully leased by Law Engineering, Simco Electronics, Danka Industries and Data Systems Hardware.

The next phase, Three Sterling Park, will be a one-story 53,000 s.f. flex building which will deliver in the second quarter of 2001.
